Snowflake Launches Horizon Context for Governed AI Agents in Marketing
Snowflake has introduced Horizon Context, a new governed context layer native to the platform, designed to power AI agents in marketing technology. This feature collects and enriches metadata from across a data estate with business definitions, activating it automatically for AI agents while enforcing governance controls at the semantic level. Horizon Context addresses the challenge of combining fragmented brand-specific data with proprietary domain-specific expertise, enabling marketers to build more relevant and timely consumer experiences. It is generally available, having been launched at Snowflake Summit earlier this month.
