Amazon ElastiCache T4g nodes available in more AWS Regions
Amazon ElastiCache has added support for T4g node types in five new AWS regions, including Africa (Cape Town) and Asia Pacific (Jakarta). These nodes, powered by AWS Graviton2 processors, offer burstable CPU performance ideal for spiky workloads. This expansion aims to provide broader access to cost-effective and performant caching solutions for a wider range of users. Customers can now create or modify clusters with T4g nodes in these regions using the AWS Console, CLI, or API.
