Amazon QuickSight Adds Customizable No Data Messages for Visuals
Amazon QuickSight now allows authors to replace the default "No data to display" message with tailored messages when a visual returns no data. This enhancement enables custom titles, subtitles, and hyperlinks to provide immediate context and guide readers on next steps. All text fields support dynamic parameters reflecting current filter selections, and the hyperlink supports http://, https://, and mailto: schemas. This feature is generally available in all AWS Regions where QuickSight is offered.

Amazon QuickSight now supports customizable messages for visuals that return no data, replacing the default "No data to display" text. Authors can configure a custom title, subtitle, and hyperlink, all of which support parameters for dynamic content based on reader filter selections.
