Amazon SageMaker Unified Studio adds custom asset types to the catalog in IAM-based domains
Amazon SageMaker Unified Studio now supports custom asset types for IAM-based domains, enabling administrators to catalog diverse asset formats such as medical images or external reports. This enhancement centralizes asset discovery and subscription within the SageMaker catalog, streamlining workflows and eliminating the need for separate tools. Teams can search, find, and subscribe to assets, which can be enriched with metadata and documentation. This feature is available in all AWS regions where SageMaker Unified Studio operates.
