Anthropic Claude Code v2.1.259 Adds Managed Settings, GitLab MR Recognition, and Bug Fixes

Anthropic has released Claude Code v2.1.259, introducing new managed settings for organizations to provide HTTP/SSE MCP servers and enhanced GitLab merge request recognition. The update also adds a machine-readable JSON output option for `claude plugin validate` and new VSCode session filters. This patch significantly addresses numerous bugs, including issues with concurrent sessions, prompt rejections, file permission handling, and display glitches in fullscreen mode. Performance for long responses and headless session startup has also been improved.
