- Introduction of Services Track for Claude Partner Network
The Services Track is a new tiered structure within the Claude Partner Network, designed to classify firms based on their experience and delivered work with Claude. It includes 'Select,' 'Preferred,' and 'Global Premier' tiers, each with specific requirements for certified individuals, production deployments, and public customer stories.
- Launch of Claude Partner Hub Portal
The Claude Partner Hub is a new portal that allows partners to track their standing against program requirements and enables customers to find qualified firms for their AI integration projects. The Hub provides visibility into a partner's tier, certified team size, customer deployments, and public references.

- New Tier Requirements and Measurement for Partners
Each tier in the Services Track is measured by the number of active certified individuals, joint customers running Claude in production over the trailing 12 months, and public customer stories. These metrics are standardized for all firms, regardless of size, and are verified quarterly.
- Partner Program Rewards Practice Building and Business Generation Separately
The Claude Partner Network differentiates rewards for building an AI practice (through tier standing) and for generating new business for Anthropic. This allows firms to focus on both aspects without conflict, offering referral credit and deal protection for new business.

- Partner Program Promotions and Review Schedule
Firms are promoted to higher tiers in the Services Track twice a year, on January 1 and July 1, with an additional review in October 2026 for the first year. Firms only move down a tier at the annual review on December 31, after a 90-day notice period if requirements are not met.
- Initial Partnership Entry and Resources
Getting started with the Claude Partner Network is free, offering access to the Anthropic Partner Academy and certification exams. New applicants begin at the 'Registered' level, with a minimum commitment of 10 certified practitioners, and partnership officially starts at the 'Select' tier.
