AWS Builder Center now provides free, time-limited sandbox environments for eligible workshops, removing the need for personal AWS accounts or credit cards. This feature allows users to safely deploy resources and experiment without incurring charges. It is ideal for gaining practical AWS experience and is available for select workshops, with most environments ready within 15 minutes and accessible for 8 hours.

AWS Builder Center now allows users to request free, time-limited sandbox environments directly from eligible workshops. These sandboxes eliminate the need for a personal AWS account or credit card, enabling safe experimentation with resources. Environments are pre-provisioned, automatically cleaned up after 8 hours, and generally ready within 15 minutes. This feature is initially available for select workshops.
