AWS Config adds support for 15 new resource types
AWS Config now tracks 15 additional resource types from services like Amazon Bedrock, OpenSearch Serverless, and SageMaker. This enhances visibility and management of your AWS environment, allowing for more comprehensive discovery, assessment, auditing, and remediation. The updates are automatically applied if all resource types are already being recorded and are available in Config rules and aggregators.

- AWS Config supports 15 new resource types
AWS Config has been updated to support 15 new AWS resource types, including those from Amazon Bedrock, Amazon OpenSearch Serverless, and Amazon SageMaker. This expansion enables broader discovery, assessment, auditing, and remediation of AWS resources. The newly supported types are automatically tracked if all resource types are enabled and are available in Config rules and aggregators.
