AWS Marketplace Introduces Category-Based & Multi-Channel Partner Notifications
AWS Marketplace partners can now configure category-based notifications and multi-channel delivery using AWS User Notifications. This enhancement allows partners to select which contacts receive specific notification categories and how they are delivered, moving beyond generic root email or custom alias delivery. Four distinct categories are available, including product listings, offers and agreements, payments, and account management. Partners can receive notifications via email, the AWS Console Mobile Application, or Amazon Q Developer in chat applications, streamlining communication and team responsiveness across all AWS Commercial Regions where Marketplace is available.
