Azure Communication Services: Standalone Features to Retire by September 2028

Microsoft is retiring several standalone Azure Communication Services (ACS) offerings, including Email, SMS, and Chat, by September 30, 2028. Concurrently, other ACS services such as Voice/Video Calling and Call Automation will introduce breaking changes, requiring mandatory integration with Microsoft Teams and updates to the latest SDKs.
