Google has released an updated Simba ODBC driver for BigQuery, enhancing connectivity and performance for users. Additionally, BigQuery Graph now automatically ingests its metadata, making it searchable within Knowledge Catalog. This new capability streamlines data governance and discoverability for BigQuery Graph assets. The automatic metadata ingestion feature is currently available in preview.
