Anthropic has introduced enhanced memory capabilities for Claude, allowing it to retain context across chat and Cowork sessions in the cloud. Users can now manage remembered topics directly in settings, with the ability to edit or delete any stored item. A new sensitive topics setting provides control over what information, such as health or beliefs, Claude stores in memory. While memory is on by default for Free, Pro, and Max plans, it is off by default for Team and Enterprise organizations.
