Claude Compliance API Adds Local Cowork and Code Session Transcripts
The Claude Platform's Compliance API now provides access to transcripts from Cowork and Claude Code sessions executed on users' local machines. This beta feature, available for Claude Enterprise organizations, enhances oversight and policy enforcement for AI tool usage. Access requires an existing Compliance Access Key and the `read:compliance_user_data` scope, utilizing new dedicated API endpoints.

- Compliance API now provides local session transcripts
The Compliance API now returns transcripts of Cowork and Claude Code sessions that run on your users' machines, available in beta for Claude Enterprise organizations. New endpoints allow listing sessions across your organization, retrieving a single session's metadata, and fetching its transcript. This functionality requires an existing Compliance Access Key and the `read:compliance_user_data` scope.
