Cloud NAT Private NAT adds IPv6 to IPv4 translation (Preview)

Google Cloud is previewing a new feature for Cloud NAT Private NAT that enables IPv6 to IPv4 network address translation. This capability, known as NAT64, will allow services using IPv6 to communicate with IPv4-only endpoints. This preview is available now for users to test.
