CloudWatch Logs adds resource tag enrichment to log events

Amazon CloudWatch Logs now automatically enriches log events with AWS resource tags at ingestion time. This feature simplifies filtering, searching, and analysis of logs using metadata like team ownership or environment, eliminating the need for custom pipelines or manual instrumentation changes. Tag enrichment is available in most commercial AWS Regions at no additional cost, requiring only a simple enablement setting.
