feature patch announcement

Config Connector version 1.153.0 introduces numerous new beta and alpha resources for managing various Google Cloud services, including policy, AI, storage, and security configurations. It also adds new fields to existing resources like ContainerCluster and RedisCluster, enhancing their manageability. These updates provide greater control and automation for infrastructure management through Config Connector, with direct reconciliation support expanded for several resources.
