Databricks Runtime 19 Updates Java and Jackson Libraries

This release updates the underlying Java Development Kit from Zulu21.50+19-CA to Zulu21.52+15-CA. Additionally, several Jackson Core and Datatype libraries have been upgraded to version 2.22.1. The Databricks Runtime 19 environment now includes an updated Java version, moving from Zulu21.50+19-CA to Zulu21.52+15-CA. Key Java libraries for JSON processing, including `com.fasterxml.jackson.core.jackson-annotations`, `jackson-core`, and `jackson-databind`, have been upgraded from 2.21/2.21.2 to 2.22/2.22.1 respectively, along with other related Jackson modules.
