Databricks Unity Gateway Now Governs Provisioned Throughput Traffic
Databricks Unity Gateway now supports governing Provisioned Throughput (PT) traffic for AI models. This enhancement extends existing governance features, including access controls, usage tracking, and rate limits, to PT models. It also brings payload logging and guardrails under the same unified system. This change aims to improve AI governance by centralizing control over various model traffic types.

The Unity Gateway now provides support for governing Provisioned Throughput (PT) traffic for AI models. This integration brings PT models under the same access controls, usage tracking, rate limits, payload logging, and guardrails as other model traffic within the platform.
