Dataform workflows in BigQuery now support automated metadata enrichment
Dataform workflows and BigQuery pipelines now support automated metadata enrichment for BigQuery tables and views. This new capability allows users to define semantic metadata directly within SQLX configurations. The metadata is then synchronized with the Knowledge Catalog, improving data discoverability and governance. This feature is currently available in Preview.
