GitHub Copilot PRs now credit users in generated release notes

GitHub's generated release notes will now credit the user who initiated a pull request created by Copilot, not just the Copilot agent itself. This change provides better recognition for developers' contributions when using Copilot for pull requests. The update is available now for all GitHub repositories and plans.

    When generating release notes, GitHub will now credit the developer who asked Copilot to open a merged pull request, in addition to @copilot. This provides recognition for contributions made via Copilot's cloud agent.

    This feature is now available for all repositories on GitHub and all plans. Developers will receive recognition for work done with Copilot cloud agent, even when the agent opens the pull request on their behalf.
