Google Cloud CCaaS 4.38: Email Sorting, Filtering, and Numerous Bug Fixes

Sort and filter emails Agents can now sort and filter emails by date in the email adapter. User experience changes: The email adapter has the following new UI elements: A button to toggle between Oldest to newest and Newest to oldest in the email list. A Filter by Date list to filter by preset filters or by a configurable date range. For more information, see Email lists .
