Google Cloud Policy Assist Preview Adds AI-Powered IAM Role Suggestions
Google Cloud's Policy Assist now offers new capabilities in Preview for IAM role suggestions. This release includes a remote MCP server for integration with external AI agents and applications, alongside a REST API for programmatic access. These features utilize AI assistance to help identify appropriate IAM roles for individual principals, streamlining permission management. They are currently available for public preview.
