security deprecation patch

Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) has rolled out version updates across its Rapid, Regular, Stable, Extended, and "No channel" release streams. This includes new default versions for cluster creation, additional available versions for upgrades, and the deprecation of several older versions. Users should review these changes to ensure their GKE clusters are on supported versions and to plan for upcoming automatic upgrades and removals. Rollouts are currently in progress across Google Cloud zones, and deprecated versions will be removed within 90 days or at their end-of-support date.
