Amazon Connect adds one-click drill-down to real-time metrics dashboards
Amazon Connect Customer dashboards now allow supervisors to click through summary views to detailed, pre-filtered widgets for routing profiles, queues, and agents. This feature enables faster identification and resolution of performance issues, such as high queue wait times. One-click drill-down is available in all AWS commercial and AWS GovCloud (US-West) regions where Amazon Connect Customer is offered.

Amazon Connect Customer dashboards now support drilling down from a summary view into pre-filtered routing profile, queue, agent, or routing step widgets with a single click. This allows supervisors to quickly investigate performance metrics and take action, such as reassigning agents during spikes in wait times.
