Amazon Connect Customer adds natural language data querying for managers
Amazon Connect Customer now enables contact center managers to interact with their data using plain language, receiving instant answers, supporting evidence, and recommended actions. This new capability streamlines the process of analyzing performance drivers by searching across more than 150 metrics related to self-service, agent, and queue performance. It aims to replace manual dashboard analysis and investigations with quick, prioritized action plans. The feature is generally available in all AWS Regions where Amazon Connect Customer AI Agents are supported.
