Amazon SES Adds Open and Click Tracking Overrides for Individual Emails
Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) now supports parameters to override open and click tracking directly within the SendEmail and SendBulkEmail APIs. This enhancement allows senders to enable or disable tracking on a per-API call basis, simplifying the management of recipient-level consent choices. It reduces configuration overhead by eliminating the need for distinct configuration sets for varying tracking preferences. This feature is particularly useful for meeting data protection requirements like GDPR and is available at no additional cost in all AWS Regions where SES operates.
