Amazon Connect Customer adds schedule update notifications
Amazon Connect Customer now automatically notifies agents and supervisors via email or text when agent schedules are published, updated, or when leave requests change status. This feature aims to improve scheduler and agent productivity by eliminating manual notification efforts. It is available in all AWS regions where agent scheduling is supported.
