Amazon Neptune adds CloudFormation support for global databases
AWS CloudFormation now supports Neptune global databases, allowing users to provision and manage multi-region graph database topologies as code. This feature automates deployment, enables source control integration, and fits into CI/CD pipelines, benefiting global read access, disaster recovery, and high availability. Neptune global databases consist of a primary read-write cluster and up to five read-only secondary clusters in different AWS Regions, connected by low-latency replication.
