Features (1)
  • AWS Config supports 9 new resource types from Bedrock and SageMaker

AWS Config has expanded its capabilities to include 9 new resource types, primarily from Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker services. This update aims to improve comprehensive monitoring and auditing of cloud resources.

Enhancements (2)
  • Expanded resource coverage for auditing and remediation

The addition of these resource types increases the scope of resources that can be discovered, assessed, audited, and remediated using AWS Config. This allows for more effective management of a broader set of cloud assets.

  • Automatic tracking for existing users

For users who have already enabled recording for all resource types in AWS Config, these newly supported types will be automatically tracked. The new resource types are also integrated with Config rules and aggregators.
