AWS Continuum Adds Credential Testing and Accessible Domain Suggestions
AWS Continuum now supports pre-test credential validation and automatically suggests accessible domains for penetration tests. This new capability allows developers and security teams to authenticate into applications during test configuration, capturing all reachable domains. It simplifies configuring accurate network scopes from the start, significantly reducing misconfiguration and wasted test cycles. The feature is available in all regions where AWS Continuum for penetration testing operates.

AWS Continuum for penetration testing now enables developers and security teams to test login credentials and receive suggested domains before a penetration test begins. This new functionality authenticates into applications during test configuration, capturing all accessible domains and surfacing them as in-scope URL suggestions. It ensures accurate network scope configuration and reduces wasted test cycles by identifying authentication failures and endpoints upfront.
