AWS CRT and IoT Device SDK for JavaScript align with Node.js release schedule

AWS CRT for JavaScript and AWS IoT Device SDK for JavaScript v2 are adopting a new support policy that aligns with the official Node.js release schedule. Effective January 2027, this policy provides a predictable timeline for dropping support for older Node.js versions, supporting LTS versions for 8 months past their end-of-life. It primarily affects developers using these AWS JavaScript SDKs, requiring them to upgrade Node.js versions over time. When the policy begins, the minimum supported Node.js version will move to 22.x, and AWS CRT for JavaScript will upgrade Node-API to version 8.
