Amazon Bedrock in AWS GovCloud (US) now offers FedRAMP High and DoD IL-4/5 approved OpenAI GPT, OpenAI GPT OSS, and NVIDIA Nemotron models. This enables federal and public sector organizations to build generative AI applications meeting stringent government security requirements. The models leverage Mantle, a high-performance inference engine on Bedrock, for serverless deployment with automated management and OpenAI API compatibility.

    OpenAI GPT, OpenAI GPT OSS, and NVIDIA Nemotron models are now approved for FedRAMP High and DoD CC SRG IL-4/5 within Amazon Bedrock in the AWS GovCloud (US) Regions. This allows government agencies and compliant organizations to build generative AI applications with confidence in meeting security and compliance standards.
