AWS offers free sandbox environments for Amazon Connect workshops
AWS now provides free sandbox environments for Amazon Connect customer workshops on its Builder Center. These pre-provisioned AWS environments enable hands-on experience with AI-powered contact center solutions without requiring an AWS account, credit card, or incurring costs. This removes a significant barrier for developers, IT leaders, and students evaluating or learning Amazon Connect. Users get 8 hours per session with automatic cleanup and sandbox-level permissions for secure, isolated learning.
