AWS Tools for PowerShell V4 Reaches End-of-Support

AWS Tools for PowerShell V4 has officially reached its end-of-support date as of June 1, 2026, having entered maintenance mode in March 2026. This means there will be no further updates, including security fixes or support for new AWS services and features. Customers are strongly encouraged to migrate to V5, which offers performance enhancements, bug fixes, and ongoing support for AWS services, with a migration guide available to assist.
