AWS Transform for Migrations Expands Target Regions
AWS Transform for migrations now allows users to select any AWS commercial region as a migration target, simplifying deployment for data residency and workload distribution. This expansion benefits customers by offering greater flexibility in choosing where their migrated resources are deployed. The feature is now available within the AWS Transform for migrations workflow, enabling users to pick from an expanded list of regions worldwide. This update aims to ease the process of meeting compliance and performance needs.

- Expanded migration target regions for AWS Transform
AWS Transform for migrations now supports all AWS commercial regions as migration targets for deployed resources. This enhancement allows customers to choose any commercial region for their migrated workloads, including landing zones, network infrastructure, and server rehosting, to better meet data residency requirements.
