Azure AI Search adds incremental SharePoint permissions sync (preview)
Microsoft Azure is releasing a public preview for incremental SharePoint permissions sync within Azure AI Search and Foundry IQ. This feature allows for more efficient discovery of Azure Updates powered by AI. The preview is available to all Azure customers for non-production use and testing.

- Azure Updates discovery via AI Search
Azure Updates can now be discovered using AI-powered capabilities within Azure AI Search and Foundry IQ, leveraging Microsoft Release Communications MCP server. This aims to help customers meet their cloud investment needs by staying informed about Azure products and features.
- Release availability stages
The feature is currently in preview, available to all Azure customers for non-production use and testing, following an 'in development' limited offering to select customers. A fully released, production-ready version will be available to all Azure customers.
