Databricks OpenSharing Now GA for Foreign Delta Table Sharing

Databricks OpenSharing is now generally available, enabling the sharing and reading of foreign Delta tables. This capability allows data providers to share Delta-format tables federated from sources like OneLake, a Hive metastore, or AWS Glue. Crucially, it eliminates the need to copy data into Databricks, simplifying data sharing workflows.
