GCP Security Command Center: Deprecation and Preview Features

Google Cloud details the deprecation of Security Command Center Enterprise tier and the preview availability of Artifact Guard. Artifact Guard aims to prevent vulnerable package deployment in SDLC, while the Risk Engine flags toxic combinations with Cloud Build. The Enterprise tier will shut down May 21, 2027, with organizations automatically migrating to the Premium tier. Several compliance frameworks have also been updated.
