Gemini Enterprise GA: Connect Custom MCP Servers
Gemini Enterprise now supports connecting custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for secure access to private company data and internal tools. This feature enhances Gemini's utility by allowing it to leverage proprietary information. Organization policy administrators must enable this feature, which is now generally available.

Gemini Enterprise: Custom MCP server data stores You can connect your custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) server with Gemini Enterprise to securely access your company's private data, custom internal tools, and MCP-compliant third-party systems. This feature is turned off by default. To enable it, an Organization Policy Administrator must remove the organization constraint. This feature is generally available (GA).
