    New metrics `used_copilot_app` and `totals_by_copilot_app` are now available, reporting session count, request count, prompt count, and token usage breakdown for individual users within enterprise and organization reports. This enables granular tracking of Copilot app activity.

  • Copilot App Activity Integrated into Feature Rollups

    Copilot app coding activity is now included in `totals_by_feature`, `totals_by_model_feature`, `totals_by_language_feature`, and `totals_by_language_model` rollups. This allows for analysis of Copilot app usage across different models and languages.

    Top-level metrics for code generation, acceptance, lines added, and lines deleted now incorporate activity from the Copilot app. Additionally, `daily_active_users` now counts users active solely within the Copilot app.

    Previously, Copilot app usage was only visible at an aggregated enterprise or organization level. The new individual user attribution and integration into existing breakdowns allow for better identification of adopters and measurement of generated code.

    The new user-level metrics are available in 1-day and 28-day reports, with broader feature rollups applying to enterprise, organization, and user reports. These changes are backward compatible, and access is granted to specific roles with 'View Copilot Metrics' permission, provided the Copilot usage metrics policy is enabled.
