Google Cloud IAM Workflow Updated for Workforce Identity Pool Providers
Google Cloud has updated the workflow for creating workforce identity pool providers within the console. Users will now be directed to a centralized page to configure provider attributes immediately after submitting the initial configuration. This change aims to streamline the setup process for attribute mappings, conditions, and extra attributes. It primarily affects engineers and architects managing identity and access for federated users in GCP.

The workflow for creating workforce identity pool providers in the Google Cloud console changed. After submitting the initial provider configuration, the console directs you to a centralized page to configure provider attributes, including attribute mappings, attribute conditions, and extra attributes.
