Google Kubernetes Engine version updates and deprecations

Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) has released new versions across its Rapid, Regular, Stable, and Extended channels, with updated defaults and availability for cluster creation and upgrades. Several older GKE versions are now deprecated and will be removed within 90 days, impacting users running these specific minor versions. Users are advised to review the updated version lists and plan their upgrades accordingly.
