Lakebase default storage quota increased to 32 TB

Databricks has increased the default database storage quota for Lakebase from 16 TB to 32 TB. This enhancement provides users with significantly more storage capacity without requiring a manual request. The updated quota takes effect automatically upon the next compute start or restart for existing deployments. For requirements exceeding 32 TB, customers can contact Databricks Support.

    The default database storage quota for Lakebase has been doubled from 16 TB to 32 TB. This increased capacity takes effect the next time a compute starts or restarts, and larger quotas beyond 32 TB are available on request from Databricks Support.
