Looker has announced the deprecation of OpenJDK 11 support for customer-hosted instances. As of January 14, 2027, OpenJDK 11 will no longer be supported for these deployments. Customers running self-hosted Looker instances are required to upgrade to OpenJDK 21 to ensure continued operation and receive future updates.
