Amazon Bedrock adds native ServiceNow connector for knowledge bases
AWS has launched a native ServiceNow data source connector for Amazon Bedrock Managed Knowledge Base, simplifying the integration of ServiceNow content for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). This eliminates the need for custom ingestion pipelines, as the connector automatically handles data crawling, metadata extraction, and incremental synchronization. Customers can now easily ground AI agents and assistants with their organization's up-to-date knowledge articles and service catalog items from ServiceNow. The connector also supports scoping crawls to specific knowledge bases or categories, including file attachments, enhancing the relevance of AI-powered solutions.
