Amazon Connect Customer dashboards now support compact mode
Amazon Connect Customer now offers a compact mode for its analytics dashboards, enhancing data density for supervisors. This feature allows them to view more operational data without scrolling by reducing widget size, font, and minimizing filters. It is designed to maximize screen space, helping supervisors quickly spot non-adherent agents, even on smaller screens. Compact mode is now available in all AWS regions where Amazon Connect Customer is offered.
