Amazon MWAA Adds Built-in CloudWatch Monitoring Dashboard and Alarms
Amazon Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow (MWAA) now integrates a built-in monitoring experience directly within the AWS Management Console for Provisioned environments. This includes a new metrics dashboard displaying key CloudWatch metrics with optional warning ranges, and an alarms table listing associated CloudWatch alarms. Users can also provision a curated set of recommended alarms with a single click, simplifying the setup for critical environment health and performance monitoring. Standard CloudWatch pricing applies for metric queries and alarms.

A new metrics dashboard displays key Amazon CloudWatch metrics with an optional toggle for suggested warning ranges, aiding in quick identification of conditions affecting environment health and performance. The page also shows an alarms table, and users can provision a curated set of recommended CloudWatch alarms with a one-click action from an AWS-managed template.
