Amazon Q Microsoft 365 Extensions Now Generally Available
Amazon Q has launched new Microsoft 365 extensions for Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, bringing its AI capabilities directly into these applications. These extensions allow Amazon Q to automate complex tasks, such as redlining documents, building financial models, generating presentations, and managing inboxes, by leveraging AI and user data within M365. This integration aims to streamline daily workflows for diverse teams, including finance, sales, marketing, legal, operations, and IT, by reducing manual effort and enhancing productivity. The extensions are generally available across several AWS regions, including US East (N. Virginia) and Europe (Ireland).
