Amazon QuickSight adds deny by default for new AI capabilities
Amazon QuickSight's custom permissions now include "deny by default" for new AI capabilities, enhancing governance by automatically restricting access upon release. This allows administrators to proactively manage access to new AI functionalities rather than reacting after their availability to users. Administrators can define custom permission profiles to deny new AI features for specific users, roles, or the entire account. This feature is available in all AWS Regions where QuickSight operates and can be configured via the console or AWS CLI.
