Amazon SES now supports tenant-level deliverability insights
Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) now provides tenant-level deliverability insights within Virtual Deliverability Manager (VDM). This enhancement allows email senders to isolate and monitor deliverability metrics for individual customers, business units, or applications. The VDM dashboard gains a new Tenants view with per-tenant metrics, detailed breakdowns, and programmatic access via the BatchGetMetricData API. This capability helps identify and resolve specific tenant-related deliverability issues without impacting other sending operations, and VDM is available in all AWS regions where SES is present.
